Teams Sign In On Phone

To Sign In:
You will see screen like below:
1. Hit sign in on this device and put your email address in. Do this all from the touch screen, a usb keyboard can be plugged into the back if it helps.
Okta is no longer used. MFA will now be used to log-in and will prompt for the input code. You do not need to log out of your phone everyday.
Note: You will have to sign back into the Teams phone whenever you update your password (one you sign into computer with)

Setting up and editing voice mail settings
1. Tap your initials in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Calling.
4. Tap Change voice mail greetings and follow the prompts.
This can be done from the Teams app on your computer in similar method. You will get an mp3 emailed to you also when you have a voice mail.
Tips
From the Teams phone or the teams dial pad in the Teams app, can reach almost every 4 digit extension - there are a few that do not work due to various circumstances, but 4 digit dialing is now heavily baked into the environment. Here are a few key ones:
Entering 0 = this will call the JC Switchboard 517.787.0800
Dialing 911 = will alert JC Security for an emergency. Only do this under applicable need.
Dialing 9 is NOT necessary to dial out to another number, 1 is also not needed as Teams will automatically put this in
