1, Go to hive.papercut.com/users
2, sign in with your JC sign in
3, click set up device
4, download and open the filr for your device
5, In the Chrome browser, open the document you want to print.
6, Select the three dot icon > Print.
7, In Destination, select PaperCut Printer. (Not showing? Try selecting See more. If you still can't see it, ask your IT Admin which printer is best.)
8, Select Print.
Release the document at the printer options. (make sure you are connected to WI-FI)
with Phone: Use your mobile phone app to release print jobs
with access code:
- Find your Access Code on the Home page.
- On the printer's touchscreen, enter your Access Code to log in.
- Find your document and release it.
- Once finished, log out to keep your account secure.
