New Student Orientation Enrollment
After successfully completely your application to Jackson College you will receive an acceptance email from Jackson College Admissions <jcadmissions@jccmi.edu>
Your student ID# will be listed in step 2, along with a link to New Student Orientation. Use this link to Enroll in New Student Orientation. You will be prompted to log in using your JC user name and password.
User Name and Password Format
JC User Name formatting is as follows: First seven letters of your first name, first seven letters of your last name, and your middle initial followed by our student domain @my.jccmi.edu
Please NOTE: if you did not provide a middle initial within your application, you will NOT have a middle initial in your user name.

Your default password is the first letter of your first name CAPITALIZED, the first letter of your last name in lowercase, two digits of your day of birth (not month), the last two digits of your birth year, and the last four digits of your student ID#
New student passwords are set to the default format and will NOT expire. You will not have access to PWDreset and will not be able to change your password until you have become a student after enrolling in courses.
