Go to https://pwdreset.jccmi.edu

 You should see the home screen below.
 

Change Password is used to update your expired password.

Password Reset is used if you forget your password.  

If first time using, click the Green Login button

 

Your username will be your JC username 

Your password will be the password you used before it expired

You will now be prompted to enroll; this consists of selecting and answering two security questions, as seen below.

You will then be notified You have successfully enrolled!, as below:

You may now use this portal to reset your password.

To change security questions: 

  1. Click Green Login button
  2. Click on the profile picture
  3. Click on Enrollment
  4. After changing questions, click update
