WHAT IS MY USER NAME?
JC user name is; the first seven letters of your last name, first seven letters of your first name, and your middle initial (optional) followed by @my.jccmi.edu

WHAT IS MY PASSWORD?
Your default password is the first letter of your first name CAPITALIZED, the first letter of your last name in lowercase, two digits of your day of birth (not month), the last two digits of your birth year, and the last four digits of your student ID.
MY PASSWORD EXPIRED?
Passwords expired every 4 months. You CAN NOT keep the default password.

WHY CANT I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
When you change your password, you must meet the following complexity requirements:

Minimum length should be at least 12 characters

Number of special characters to include 1

Must start with an alphabetic character

Must contain at least 1 upper case character

Number of numeric characters to include 1
-
Must not have 5 consecutive character(s) from your user name

Must not be a well known passwords ('1234','Password' etc.)

Maximum length should not exceed 28
