END USER DIGEST

 

 

The End User Digest is an email notification that you receive if any messages addressed to you have been sent to the Quarantine. It includes a list of these quarantined messages, and you can check the subject headers to decide what actions you want to take. Here’s a brief overview of how to use the Digest and its functionalities:

 

Using the Digest:

  • Release: Releases the message from Quarantine to your inbox.

  • Release and Allow Sender: Releases the message to your inbox and adds the sender to your personal Safe Senders list. Future emails from this sender won’t be checked for spam.

  • Not Spam: Reports the message as a false positive, helping the system learn and prevent similar mistakes in the future.

Additional Digest Management Links:

  • Request New End User Digest: Generates a new Digest with the most up-to-date information about quarantined messages.

  • Request Safe/Blocked Senders List: Sends you a list of all entries currently on your personal Safe and Blocked Senders list.

  • Manage My Account: Allows you to change account preferences and manage your Safe Senders and Blocked Senders lists using a web interface.

Frequency:

  • By default, you will receive the End User Digest twice a day if there are any messages in your Quarantine.
