User this service to request assistance with removing potential malware on my Jackson College provided computer.
This can be suspected malware or detected malware.
How do I get assistance:

Please include the TAG number for the computer.
If you suspect you have fallen victim to a malware attack, please shut down your computer immediately and call the Solution Center 517-796-8639. This should be taken seriously as it can leave our network venerable to further attack.
