To Enroll: Please LOG IN
Go to https://pwdreset.jccmi.edu
You should see the home screen below:
Note: You will need to LOG IN first, if this is your first time using this site
Your username will be JC Email Address
Your password will be the password you used before it expired
You will now be prompted to enroll; this consists of selecting and answering two security questions, as seen below.
You will then be notified You have successfully enrolled!, as below:
You may now use this portal to reset your password.
