Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) Setup

1. On your computer navigate to https://aka.ms/MFASetup
2. Login there as you typically would and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Download the Microsoft Authenticator App from the app store on your phone.
   
   Microsoft Authenticator App is the preferred method, although you do have the option to select text or call by selecting "I want to set up a different method". 
   1. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the Authenticator App setup.
      
      
       
4. Once you open the app on your phone select the following options:
   1. Add account
      
       
       
   2. Select work and school account
      
        
       
   3. Select scan QR Code and follow the steps below
      
       
5. On your computer, select Next.
   
   
    
6. With your phone, scan the QR code shown
   
   
    
7. After you scan the QR code, enter the number that shows on your phone. You have successfully setup the Authenticator App!
