Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) Setup

1. On your computer navigate to https://aka.ms/MFASetup
2. Login there as you typically would and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Download the Microsoft Authenticator App from the app store on your phone or select “I want to use a different method”. You have the option to use text, call, or the App. Microsoft Authenticator App is the preferred method.
   
4. Once you open the app on your phone select the following options:
   1. Add account
   2. Work and school account
   3. Scan QR Code
      
5. On your computer, select Next.
   
6. Scan the QR code shown.
   
7. After you scan the QR code, enter the number that shows on your phone. You have successfully setup the Authenticator App!
