How do I get assistance:
Accounts automatically unlock after 15 minutes.
Please use our new
password reset
tool at
pwdreset.jccmi.edu
as it has an option to unlock accounts. You will need to have enrolled into the service tool previously to use this option.
If you cannot use the tool, please click the

button on the right.
